First Person on the Scene Matters
The First Responder, a 40-hour course, is designed to provide basic emergency care knowledge and skills to the student who will provide the first emergency care. The objective of the first person on the scene is to recognize the needs of the patient, minimize discomfort, and prevent further complications. This course is a scaled-down EMT course that we gear toward an industrial setting.
First Responder courses are customized and designed to meet your specific needs. Complete our contact form and comment that you’re interested in First Responder training. An NKEMS representative will contact you to gather more details and to schedule your training session.
